TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Tui Grove, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Purchases

1.1 All products are sold in accordance with the price and description listed on our website. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are satisfied with the product(s) at the time of purchase.

1.2 Please read all product titles and descriptions carefully prior to checkout.

2. Change of Mind

2.1 If you change your mind upon receiving your order, you may request an exchange or store credit (excluding shipping costs), provided you notify us via email at sales@tuigrove.co.nz within 5 days of the delivery date confirmed by the courier.

2.2 You will be issued a Return Application Reference Number once your request is approved.

2.3 To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the following conditions must be met:

• A valid Return Application Reference Number is provided;

• Goods are returned within 15 days of the purchase date;

• Items must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging;

• Items must not have been purchased on sale;

• You are responsible for all return courier costs.​

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

3.1 Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

3.2 If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 working days of receipt. We may request photos for assessment.

3.3 Faulty goods may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

4.1 Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or an error has been made by us.

4.2 Please double-check all custom details before confirming your order. Once production has started, no changes can be made.

5. Shipping

5.1 We offer flat-rate shipping within New Zealand. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

5.2 All items are carefully checked and packaged prior to dispatch. Any claims for damage or loss in transit must be made with the courier service.

5.3 It is your responsibility to inspect deliveries and note any damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery documentation before signing.

6. Property and Risk

6.1 Risk passes to the buyer once the goods are delivered by us or the carrier.

6.2 All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

6.3 We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

7. Product Information

7.1 We strive for accuracy, but descriptions and images may be subject to change. Tui Grove cannot guarantee that colours, sizes, or materials shown online will precisely reflect the delivered product.

7.2 We reserve the right to adjust product details and prices if an error is identified.

8. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

8.1 Where goods are purchased for business purposes, the provisions of the Act do not apply.

8.2 For personal or household use, your rights under the Act remain in force and are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.

9. Privacy

9.1 We collect personal information solely to fulfil your order and improve our service.

9.2 Your information will not be sold, exchanged, or shared with third parties, except where necessary to complete a transaction.

10. Payment Terms

10.1 We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and Afterpay.

10.2 If a payment is dishonoured, we reserve the right to recover the amount owing via external collection services, with all associated costs charged to the buyer.

11. Warranty

11.1 Our LED products come with a 90-day warranty. Items must be assessed by our team before any repair or replacement is approved.

11.2 This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Tui Grove will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

13.2 Any disputes shall be resolved by the New Zealand courts.

14. Amendments

14.1 Tui Grove reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
